Welcome to Eglina Villas! Eglina Villas are 4 brand new villas made just for you to make your stay as pleasant as it can be in Kefalonia island. Villa Aegli, Manolia, Avra and Perla have been smartly designed to satisfy those who ask for finesse and affordable luxury during their holiday. Eglina Villas are positioned in the area of Minies just a short distance from Eglina (0,3 Km) and Megali ammos sandy beaches, enjoying the fantastic view of the Ionian sea.

Each villa is a maisonette composed by 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, modern gym, PlayStation 4 game console and sleeps 6-8 people.
This modern property benefits from private swimming pool, huge spaces with grass, flowers and trees and an also fully equipped barbeque.

LOCATION

Eglina Villas are 2 min drive from the airport (2 Km) and not far away from a few local taverns and mini market.

The Villas are located in the village of Minies, southwest of Kefalonia approximately 10 Km of the capital of Argostoli. An ideal location to enjoy the privacy and discreet isolation of the place, but they are still very close to all the points of interest, beauties and attractions of the island.

You can reach Eglina sandy beach by walking only 300m away as well Megali Ammos and Ammes beaches 500m away. Minies is the best place as a starting point to explore all the island and reveal all it’s secreat.

Both Villas have been carefully furnished and styled, in a different way. They were constructed of the year of 2009 on a landscape of 2,500 sq.m which have been designed properly with small roads, parking space, Mediterranean gardens and beautiful colored flowers. The exterior space is being lighted all night and both villas belong to a gated-community for you safe and quiet stay.

Eglina Villas are individual with private garden, garage and swimming pool. The decoration of Manolia is based on the flowers and that of Aura is based on the sea. Both of them are consisted by three levels, a total of 200 sq.m. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, living room, dining area, WC and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and an en-suit shower. On the underground floor there is a playroom with two sofas-beds, flat TV with a play-game console (PS4) and a private gym.

KEFALONIA

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian Islands and is considered as the jewel of the Ionian Sea. The island is gifted by nature, a place with geological phenomena, mysterious caves and subterranean water with superb beaches, traditional architecture and rich archeological finds.

Myrtos beach: Considered by many tourist magazines as one of the 30 best beaches in the World. Myrtos bay is not only the symbol of Kefalonia but it is also one of the most famous beaches of all over Greece.

Melissani Cave: It is a geological phenomenon and os not far away from Karavomilos. Is is a lacustrine cave of unique beauty and fully developed cave.

Drogarati Cave: One of the largest and most attractive geological formations in the region around Sami.

Antisamos beach: It is set among densely wooded hills whose cypress trees reach almost to the shore, while it’s deep blue and crystal clear water is bound to impress even the most demanding travelers.
